Kerava Terms of Service
Welcome to Kerava. This website and the Kerava brand are run by MathewEcommerce LLC ("we", "us"). By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Using this website
You must be 18 or over to buy from us. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to your order.
2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and UK delivery is free. We work hard to keep this website accurate. If we ever make a mistake with a price, we'll tell you before we send your order, and you can cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you're asking to buy from us. We accept it when we email you to say your order has shipped. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, and if we do, we'll refund you in full.
4. Subscriptions
If you choose Subscribe & Save, your order repeats on a schedule until you cancel. How it works, and how to pause, skip or cancel, is set out in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
5. Delivery
Free tracked UK delivery. Orders leave us within 48 hours on working days and arrive in 7 to 10 working days. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Our guarantee and your rights
Every order has our 60-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law, including your right to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
7. Using Kerava
Use Kerava as directed on the pack. Patch test first if your skin is very sensitive, and use it less often if your skin feels sore. Results vary from person to person. Kerava is a cosmetic, not a medicine. If a spot bleeds without being caught or scratched, changes quickly, or looks different from the rest, show your GP.
8. Our content
The words, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to us. Please don't copy them without our written permission.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
10. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you're a consumer in the UK, you keep all the protection of UK consumer law, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
